Why I’m Choosing to Unplug This June

A gentle pause, a family-first June, a quiet reminder that rest is reparenting too.

Hello MindFull Readers,

As June begins, I’m choosing something that used to feel impossible. However, reparenting has helped me so much that this now feels both simple and sacred:

🩵 I’m unplugging. 🔌↔️

For the next four weeks, I’ll be stepping away from work and devices to be fully present with my family during the school holidays. Not because I have to, but because I get to. And because this season calls for it.

This isn’t a goodbye merely a mindful pause for my family and I.

Rest is a powerful part of reparenting. It’s where we remember who we are underneath the noise. It’s where we reconnect with our inner child, not through productivity, but through presence.

So while there won’t be full newsletters in your inbox this month, you’ll still hear a soft whisper from me mid-June. And I’ll return in July with fresh reflections and a fuller heart.
