It Only Takes 9 Minutes Each Day To Create Powerful Bonding With Your Child! ๐Ÿ•˜

Welcome back dear readers,

Today, let's embark on a journey to simplify parenting, prioritizing quality over quantity. This principle also holds true when fostering an emotionally healthy environment for your children.

Here are three simple steps to seamlessly integrate meaningful moments into your child's schedule, even amidst your bustling workday.

STEP 1:

Morning - 3 Minutes

Start your day by embracing your little one(s) as they wake up. While it may seem challenging, especially in the early morning haze, infusing positivity into the start of your day can set a harmonious tone. Begin with a simple question like, 'How are you feeling?', laying the foundation for a day filled with love and connection.

STEP 2:

After School (or upon returning from work) - 3 Minutes

Welcome your child with a warm smile and a heartfelt hug. Initiate a conversation with more specific inquiries such as,

  • โ€˜What was your favorite subject today?โ€™

  • โ€˜What did you enjoy during recess?โ€™

  • โ€˜Tell me about the friends you sat with during recess?โ€™

STEP 3:

Before Bed - 3 Minutes

The moments leading up to bedtime offer an intimate opportunity for connection. Set aside digital distractions for these precious minutes, allowing you to engage authentically with your children. Often, bedtime conversations unveil the true reflections of their thoughts.
