Embrace Imperfection: A Gift of Compassion for Every Parent & Every Person

A Heartfelt Wish for a Joyous Holiday Season and a Mindful New Year

Dearest readers,

Keep this in mind…

Our parents didn't parent us perfectly.

None of us will parent perfectly.

Mistakes are part of the journey.

We are all in a constant state of learning.

Certain moments may get messy.

Some days, validating our kids' feelings, or even our own, may seem challenging.

However, also keep this in mind…

We can always mend.

Our capacity to handle tough moments can gradually improve.

In some instances, we can be more self-compassionate.

We are all human beings.

Extend kindness to yourself.

Have courage.

Take each day as it comes.
