My name is Michelle and I am excited to be writing this newsletter on Positive Parenting. As a parent myself, I understand the joys and challenges that come with raising children. I believe that Positive Parenting is an approach that can help parents to build strong, healthy relationships with their children, while also promoting the development of important life skills.

Why is this newsletter named “The MindFull Parent”? The word "mindful" suggests the importance of being present and attentive, which is crucial for effective parenting. However, we parents are often so loaded with a multitude of tasks that our mind is often literally FULL and feel as if nothing else can fit in.

That’s why I’ve created this newsletter with bitesize tips, affirmations and positivity to make your parenting life this little bit easier.
