Mid-June is a tender time and right in the middle of the year. Here’s a soft whisper to guide you back to presence.

Hello MindFull Readers,
I promised a soft whisper and here it is.
We’re mid-June now. The days feel both slow and quick, don’t they?
Maybe you’ve been busy. Maybe you’ve been still. Maybe you’ve been somewhere in between.
Wherever you are, I just wanted to drop into your inbox with three gentle questions that have been sitting with me lately:
🩵 What is my inner child craving right now: joy, rest, play, connection?
🩵 Where have I been self-abandoning without realising?
🩵 What does presence feel like in my body today?
I won’t say more than that. Just a pause. Just a reminder that you deserve to take up space in your own life, too.
